Academic Freedom/Nondiscrimination. A. The unit member has the right to perform his/her professional responsibilities in the classroom in ways he/she believes will best encourage a broad and complete understanding of educational subject matter. Such right shall be exercised within the bounds of professional responsibility and Board educational philosophy and curricula.
