– Academic Scheduling Conflict. The Employer shall not require that an employee’s work schedule conflict with their scheduled course work. Any scheduled conflicts shall be brought forward by the Graduate Teaching Assistant to the Supervisor prior to commencing a Graduate Teaching Assistantship in order to come to a resolution.
