Acceptable Commitments. Receipt by CCPS on or before the Required Execution Date of Volume Commitments (whether less or more than 50,000 bpd in the sole discretion of CCPS), in form and substance acceptable to CCPS in its sole discretion, executed by shippers, committing to ship on the Spearhead Pipeline, or otherwise pay for, such minimum volumes of crude petroleum, as CCPS shall deem sufficient to support the long-term need and use of the Spearhead Pipeline and the economic viability of the alterations and changes necessary to convert the Existing Pipeline into the Spearhead Pipeline.
Acceptable Commitments. Receipt of TSAs by Carrier, after any and all adjustments to committed volumes pursuant to: i) the Open Season Terms;
