ACCEPTANCE BY PROVIDER. By accepting this Agreement via the Skills Funding Service the person taking this action on behalf of the Body represents and warrants that the Body has read and understood this Agreement, the Body agrees to be bound by this Agreement and that he/she is duly authorised to accept this Agreement and legally bind the Body. This Agreement is made on the date the Agreement is digitally signed by the Body on the Skills Funding Service.
ACCEPTANCE BY PROVIDER. Execution of this BA Agreement by Provider is not required. Provider shall be deemed to have accepted this BA Agreement in all respects by providing PHI to Boston Scientific for performance of Reimbursement Assistance by Boston Scientific as a Business Associate after the Effective Date.
ACCEPTANCE BY PROVIDER. By accepting this Contract via the Skills Funding Service the person taking this action on behalf of the Contractor represents and warrants that the Contractor has read and understood this Contract, the Contractor agrees to be bound by this Contract and that he/she is duly authorised to accept this Contract and legally bind the Contractor. This Contract is made on the date the Contract is digitally signed by the Contractor on the Skills Funding Service.
ACCEPTANCE BY PROVIDER. Execution of this BA Agreement by Provider is not required. Provider shall be deemed to have accepted this BA Agreement in all respects by providing PHI to HealthSnap for performance of the Services by HealthSnap as a Business Associate after the Effective Date.

By accepting this Funding Agreement via the Skills Funding Service the person taking this action on behalf of the College represents and warrants that the College has read and understood this Funding Agreement, the College agrees to be bound by this Funding Agreement and that he/she is duly authorised to accept this Funding Agreement and legally bind the College. This Funding Agreement is made on the date the Funding Agreement is digitally signed by the College on the Skills Funding Service.
ACCEPTANCE BY PROVIDER. By accepting this Funding Agreement via the Skills Funding Service the person taking this action on behalf of the Specialist Post-16 Institution (SPI) represents and warrants that the SPI has read and understood this Funding Agreement, the SPI agrees to be bound by this Funding Agreement and that he/she is duly authorised to accept this Funding Agreement and legally bind the SPI. This Funding Agreement is made on the date the Funding Agreement is digitally signed by the SPI on the Skills Funding Service.
ACCEPTANCE BY PROVIDER. By accepting this Funding Agreement via the Skills Funding Service the person taking this action on behalf of THE NMSS represents and warrants that THE NMSS has read and understood this Funding Agreement, THE NMSS agrees to be bound by this Funding Agreement and that he/she is duly authorised to accept this Funding Agreement and legally bind THE NMSS. This Funding Agreement is made on the date the Funding Agreement is digitally signed by THE NMSS on the Skills Funding Service.
ACCEPTANCE BY PROVIDER. This Agreement shall be effective on the date provided above, provided that your Patient Fee payment has been received. CCNP is not obligated to accept this Agreement or payment, and may, in its sole discretion, elect not to do so, based on limitation on the number of Patients and other restrictions deemed appropriate by CCNP.

By accepting this Agreement via the Skills Funding Service the person taking this action on behalf of the Employer represents and warrants that the Employer has read and understood this Agreement, the Employer agrees to be bound by this Agreement and that he/she is duly authorised to accept this Agreement and legally bind the Employer. This Agreement is made on the date the Agreement is digitally signed by the Employer on the Skills Funding Service.
ACCEPTANCE BY PROVIDER. 2.1 The Provider’s obligations to the Customer will not become binding until such time as the Provider has notified the Customer in writing that it has accepted the Customer’s application. However, the Customer’s obligations will become binding as soon as it has signed this Agreement.
