Date of Departure. As the Renter, I hereby enclose my payment for 50% of the total rent to hold my reservation. The full balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. If I cancel my reservations within 30 days of my date of arrival, my deposit or full payment is only refundable (minus a $50 service charge) if another party rents my reserved home for my reserved dates, otherwise I forfeit my funds.   • Statement of Departures means Schedule C-1 to the form of Proposal attached as Schedule C.
