Common use of Access and Association Business Clause in Contracts

Access and Association Business. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official business on school property at all reasonable times, provided that it does not interfere with or interrupt or affect normal school operations or assigned duties. During the workday, non-employee Association representatives should report to the building principal or designee prior to contacting members in individual buildings.

Access and Association Business. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property at all reasonable times, provided that it does such as before and after student contact time, or on duty free lunch periods and shall not interfere with or with, nor interrupt or affect normal school operations operations. The Association shall be the only certificated employee organization having the exclusive right to use District buildings for meetings and to transact Association business. The Association and the Employer and its representatives shall have shared responsibility to suffer no intervention or assigned undue delays with performing all of their respective duties. During the workday, non-employee Association representatives should report to the building principal or designee prior to contacting members in individual buildings.
