Access and Other Resources. BSWH shall provide the Trainees with access to the Facility(ies) listed on the applicable Program Agreement, patients and other items or materials as each Facility determines is appropriate for the Program.
Access and Other Resources. Xxxxx & White shall maintain standards for health care services and operations at its Facilities which are conducive to sound educational experiences for the Students. Xxxxx & White shall provide the Students and any School Personnel with access to the Facility(ies) listed on the applicable Program Agreement, equipment, patients, and other items or materials as appropriate for meaningful Educational Experiences. Xxxxx & White shall provide the Students and any School Personnel with access to and training for Xxxxx & White’s information systems insofar as appropriate, within Xxxxx & White’s sole discretion, for meaningful Educational Experiences. The School shall ensure that all Students and School Personnel with such access execute and deliver to Xxxxx & White any information systems user access agreements which are then required of Xxxxx & White employees. Xxxxx & White shall, insofar as possible and reasonable, make available to the Students and any School Personnel library facilities, classroom and conference space, and storage for personal belongings. The parties understand and agree that ownership of the Facilities, equipment, patient records, and other items and materials to which the Students and any School Personnel have access under this Section III.A shall at all times be and remain with Xxxxx & White.
