ACCESS ID AND PASSWORD. During your first use of the Service, you will be required to select your own personalized Access ID and Password. If you already have an Access ID and Password a new one will not be issued. If you designate different users for your Service, each will be issued a separate Access ID and Password. Your Password may be changed at any time within the Service. To help safeguard your security, you should change your Password frequently. Do not write your Access ID or Password on your Computer. If you forget your Access ID and/or Password, you must contact us to have a new Access ID and/or Password issued to you. You agree to keep your Access ID and Password confidential in order to prevent unauthorized access to your accounts and the Service. No United Security Bank employee will ever ask you for your password. You should never include your password in any verbal, written, faxed, or e-mail communication with us.

ACCESS ID AND PASSWORD. A temporary Access ID and temporary Password will be created for you following your enrollment. Upon your first online session, you will be prompted to change your Access ID and Password to one known only by you. ACCESS ID AND PASSWORD. Upon successful enrollment in the Service, you will be provided with an Access ID and password that will permit you to access the Service. Each person who is permitted by the Bank and authorized to use the Service will be assigned an Access ID and password. You will be asked to change this password the first time that you access the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your password. You agree that we are authorized to act on any and all instructions received using your password. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your passwords. We recommend that your password be comprised of both letters and numbers, and that it not be easily associated with any personal information, such as your address, date of birth, or anniversary. Your password should be memorized, and never written down. We also recommend that you change your password regularly. Should you enter your password incorrectly on three (3) consecutive attempts, you will be blocked from accessing the Service until you contact us at (000) 000-0000 to resolve the problem and regain access, if appropriate.

  • User ID and Password You will be assigned a personal User ID and a Password that you will use to obtain access to the Online Banking. You authorize us to follow any instructions entered through the Service using your User ID and Password. Because your User ID and Password can be used to access your Accounts and to access information about these Accounts, you should treat your User ID and Password with the same degree of care and secrecy that you use to protect your ATM security code and other sensitive financial data. We may ask you to change your User ID and Password from time to time for security reasons. You agree not to use any language that is abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or threatening when defining your Password or any other personalization of your Accounts.

  • Usernames and Passwords 1. Staff will not share usernames and passwords with anyone, including supervisors and technical support staff.

  • User IDs and Password Controls All users must be issued a unique user name for accessing DHCS PHI or PI. Username must be promptly disabled, deleted, or the password changed upon the transfer or termination of an employee with knowledge of the password, at maximum within 24 hours. Passwords are not to be shared. Passwords must be at least eight characters and must be a non-dictionary word. Passwords must not be stored in readable format on the computer. Passwords must be changed every 90 days, preferably every 60 days. Passwords must be changed if revealed or compromised. Passwords must be composed of characters from at least three of the following four groups from the standard keyboard: • Upper case letters (A-Z) • Lower case letters (a-z) • Arabic numerals (0-9) • Non-alphanumeric characters (punctuation symbols)

  • Password To enable you, and only you, to use the Service, you will be asked to choose a password when you register and are accepted as a customer of the Service. This password is stored in encrypted form by us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Funds Transfer with Customer Assumed Risk customer number and password. No one at JetStream Federal Credit Union has access to your Accounts passwords or user ID's. You are responsible for uses of the Service whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. Therefore, it is important that you DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER OR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. No one at JetStream Federal Credit Union will know or need to know your password, and JetStream Federal Credit Union employees will never ask for your password. If you wish to make a transfer to an Account of another person, you will be asked to provide a separate code word or phrase (the "Shared Secret") that is known only to you and to the person to whom you are transferring the funds (the "Recipient"). We recommend that you do not use commonly used words, phrases or dates. In order to complete the transfer, the Recipient must provide the Shared Secret and certain other identifying information. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT GIVE THE SHARED SECRET TO ANYONE EXCEPT THE RECIPIENT FOR ANY REASON. Telephoning us promptly is the best way to protect yourself from possible losses. If you never tell us, you could lose all of the money in your account (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit). However, if you tell us within 2 business days, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your password without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft of your password, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your password without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. You can see a complete statement of all your funds transfers effected or pending at any time by clicking on the History tab. If your statement shows transfers that you did not make, notify us AT ONCE. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the transfer was posted to your statement, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days, if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.

  • Maintaining Confidentiality of Access Passwords Where access to the Licensed Materials is to be controlled by use of passwords, Licensee shall secure that Participating Institutions will use reasonable efforts to inform Authorized Users that they should not divulge their numbers and passwords to any third party. Licensee shall secure that Participating Institutions will also use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of any institutional passwords provided by Licensor.

  • Use of information, data and software In the event that you receive any data, information or software via the Trading Platform other than that which you are entitled to receive pursuant to this Client Agreement, you will immediately notify us and will not use, in any way whatsoever, such data, information or software.

  • Access to Software Access Rights to Software which is Results shall comprise: Access to the Object Code; and, where normal use of such an Object Code requires an Application Programming Interface (hereafter API), Access to the Object Code and such an API; and, if a Party can show that the execution of its tasks under the Project or the Exploitation of its own Results is technically or legally impossible without Access to the Source Code, Access to the Source Code to the extent necessary. Background shall only be provided in Object Code unless otherwise agreed between the Parties concerned.

  • IDENTIFYING INFORMATION AND PRIVACY NOTIFICATION (a) FEDERAL EMPLOYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER and/or FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. As a condition to NYSERDA’s obligation to pay any invoices submitted by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor shall provide to NYSERDA its Federal employer identification number or Federal social security number, or both such numbers when the Contractor has both such numbers. Where the Contractor does not have such number or numbers, the Contractor must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Identifying Information and Privacy NOTIFICATION (a) Identification Number(s). Every invoice or New York State Claim for Payment submitted to a New York State agency by a payee, for payment for the sale of goods or services or for transactions (e.g., leases, easements, licenses, etc.) related to real or personal property must include the payee's identification number. The number is any or all of the following: (i) the payee’s Federal employer identification number, (ii) the payee’s Federal social security number, and/or (iii) the payee’s Vendor Identification Number assigned by the Statewide Financial System. Failure to include such number or numbers may delay payment. Where the payee does not have such number or numbers, the payee, on its invoice or Claim for Payment, must give the reason or reasons why the payee does not have such number or numbers.

  • Exceptional Access to Thick Registration Data In case of a registrar failure, deaccreditation, court order, etc. that prompts the temporary or definitive transfer of its domain names to another registrar, at the request of ICANN, Registry Operator will provide ICANN with up-­‐to-­‐date data for the domain names of the losing registrar. The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow. The file will only contain data related to the domain names of the losing registrar. Registry Operator will provide the data as soon as commercially practicable, but in no event later than five (5) calendar days following ICANN’s request. Unless otherwise agreed by Registry Operator and ICANN, the file will be made available for download by ICANN in the same manner as the data specified in Section 3.1 of this Specification.
