Merchant must immediately notify Merchant Bank and Processor of any suspected or confirmed loss or theft of materials or records that contain Cardholder Account Numbers or Card Transaction information. 6. 支 付
(1) 地點：除本約定書另有規定外，就任何帳戶所有貴行應支付存款人(或存款人之受讓人或繼受人)之款項，應於存款到期時，活期存款則應於請求時，於貴行位於台北之營業處所支付，或支付至存款人所指定之存款人於貴行 開立之帳戶。
(2) 營業日：如貴行應支付任何帳戶款項之時間，非為台北之銀行營業日（下稱「營業日」）時，則該款項應於該日期後之下一個營業日支付。
(3) 支付順序：由貴行擔任付款人之票據，不論其發票日之先後，貴行應按執票人提示之先後順序支付，倘有多張票據同時提示時，貴行得任意排定支付順序。又，如貴行收到存款人破產宣告之通知時，縱存款人存款餘額足敷支付相關票據金額，貴行亦得依法拒付。

It is the Subscriber’s responsibility to notify Cottage Country Internet immediately at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx if any Equipment is lost, stolen or destroyed (including, but not limited to vandalism, fire, and lightning). The Subscriber is responsible to reimburse Cottage Country Internet for the cost of removal and replacement Equipment including all labour charges, fees and other charges incurred as a consequence of loss, theft or destruction of such Equipment.
Loss or Theft. If the mobile device is lost or stolen during the school day, the student is required to contact a teacher or school administrator before leaving school for the day. If a mobile device is stolen outside of school, the student or parent/guardian is required to file a police report within 24 hours. After filing the police report, the student or parent/guardian shall notify school administration the following school day and submit a copy of the police report. Failure to report a stolen device within five school days may result in a student being held financially responsible for replacement of the device. All attempts to recover a stolen device will be done by school administration or law enforcement. Students and/or parent/guardian are financially responsible for lost devices.
Loss or Theft. Just like a library resource, textbook or a school uniform, the iPads are the property of DCSD and students are responsible for returning them in a reasonable condition. Loss or theft of iPad must be reported to the Technology Director immediately. If an iPad is lost, the student will be financially responsible for its replacement. If an iPad is stolen or vandalized while not at a District sponsored event, the parent shall file a police report. Any loss or damage to an iPad is the responsibility of the students. Students will be charged the actual cost of any needed repairs, not to exceed the replacement cost of the iPad.
