Access to Account Data. You can download balance and certain other Account information through the Download Services. Since certain information and transactions are not processed by us until after the close of our business day, some transactions may not be reflected in the Service until the next banking day. Posted items may be reversed due to insufficient funds, stop payment orders, legal process, and other reasons. Certain balances also may not be subject to immediate withdrawal. We assume no responsibility for any loss arising from incomplete information or for any temporary interruption in the Service, or unauthorized access to information once it has been accessed by the Program(s).
