Access to all parties. The parties owning the Connection Site, as the case may be, shall provide reasonable access and other required facilities to another including the SLDC, whose equipment is proposed to be installed at the connection site for installation, operation, maintenance etc. Written procedures and agreements shall be developed between entities to ensure that mandatory access is available to the entity concerned at the same time safeguarding the interests of All/ Both entities at the connection site. The authorized personnel of All/ Both parties shall have the right to inspect the plant of other party at inter-connection point to ensure conformity to standards and restrictions.
