Common use of Access to Building by Union Representative Clause in Contracts

Access to Building by Union Representative. The Union representative may have access to all buildings covered by this Agreement to discharge his/her duties as the representative of the Union, provided the Superintendent or his/her designee, in the administrative office, is notified in advance, and provided further, that the employees are not disturbed in the performance of their duties. The District will also make available a suitable bulletin board at each school posted in plain sight for the exclusive use of the Union.
