Union Sole Bargaining Agent. 1.1 The Employer agrees to recognize the Union as the sole bargaining agency for the employment of persons employed by the WSF at the Xxxx 00, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, within the classifications hereinafter mentioned and to deal with the representatives of the Union with respect to wages, hours, and working conditions, adjustment of grievances arising under this contract, and all other pertinent matters.
Union Sole Bargaining Agent. 1.1.1 The District agrees to recognize the Union as the sole bargaining agent for the custodians and grounds maintenance personnel within the classifications hereinafter mentioned and to deal with the representatives of the Union with respect to wages, hours and working conditions, and adjustment of grievances arising under this Agreement.
Union Sole Bargaining Agent. The District agrees to recognize the Union as the sole bargaining agent for the custodians, grounds maintenance personnel, lunchroom employees, and bus drivers within the classifications hereinafter mentioned and to deal with the representatives of the Union with respect to wages, hours, working conditions, adjustment of grievances arising under this contract and all other pertinent matters. Substitute employees will be included within the bargaining unit according to the terms of Section 2.1.5.1. Employees performing work in classifications covered by this Agreement shall become a member of Service Employees International Union, Local 925, after thirty (30) days of employment, except as described below.
Union Sole Bargaining Agent. The Employer acknowledges that the Union was certified by P.E.R.C. following an election to be the exclusive bargaining representative for the custodial employees within classifications hereinafter mentioned. The parties agree to meet their obligations under RCW 41.56.
Union Sole Bargaining Agent. (a) The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for its Employees in the greater Toronto area, save and except Supervisors, persons above the rank of Supervisor, Office and Sales staff.
Union Sole Bargaining Agent. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all Employees of the Employer, except for elected officers of the KFA functioning in accordance with Article 2.3.
Union Sole Bargaining Agent a. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all of its Employees at Metropolitan Toronto, save and except Supervisors, persons the rank of Super- visor, Office and Sales staff and persons regularly employed for not than twenty-four (24) hours per week.
Union Sole Bargaining Agent. 1. That the Employer, by the terms hereof, recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agency of his (its) employees, consisting of Station Attendants, Managers, Mechanics and Mechanics’ Helpers, and parking lot attendants.
Union Sole Bargaining Agent. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining authority for all employees in its offices within the jurisdiction of the Canadian Office and Professional Employees Union, Local 378, and within the classification of office and clerical workers listed in Appendix "A" or within such new classification as may from time-to-time be agreed and established by the Parties. It is expressly agreed that this Agreement shall not apply to any elected or appointed officer, business agent or representative of the Employer.
