Annual Employees. A person employed for a specific number of hours per day for twelve (12) months.
Annual Employees. A. An employee who has been hired for less than three (3) continuous years without a break in service will be considered an annual employee and shall have no expectation of employment beyond the period of employment for which he/she is employed. However, if an annual employee is recommended for suspension or termination during his/her present period of employment, it shall be for just cause. No employee shall be arbitrarily given a written reprimand.
