Access to Collocation Space. GTE will permit Pathnet's employees, agents, and contractors approved by GTE to have direct access to Pathnet's caged or cageless collocated equipment twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Pathnet's employees, agents, or contractors must comply with the policies and practices of GTE pertaining to fire, safety, and security as described in GTE’s Security Procedures and Requirements Guidelines, which are attached to the CSP. GTE reserves the right, with 24 hours prior notice to Pathnet, to access Pathnet’s collocated partitioned space to perform periodic inspections to ensure compliance with GTE installation, safety and security practices. Where Pathnet shares a common entrance to the wire center or access tandem with GTE, the reasonable use of shared building facilities, e.g., elevators, unrestricted corridors, etc., will be permitted. However, access to such facilities may be restricted by security requirements for good cause shown, and a GTE employee may accompany Pathnet’s personnel.

  • Access to Premises Landlord, its agents, servants, or employees may enter the Premises at reasonable times with reasonable advance notice to Tenant (or an authorized employee of Tenant at the Premises), and at any time, upon reasonable notice to Tenant under the circumstances, in an emergency, to do the following: inspect the Premises; comply with all laws, orders, ordinances and requirements of any governmental unit or authority for which Landlord may be responsible under this Lease, if any; show the Premises to prospective lenders or purchasers and, during the ninety (90) days immediately prior to the expiration of this Lease if Tenant declines to renew for an additional term in accordance with the provisions of this Lease, to prospective tenants, but only if all such showings are accompanied by a representative of Tenant if so requested by Tenant; or post (on the Development, but not within or at the entrance of the Premises) for sale or for lease signs; provided; however, that all such entries shall be completed promptly in a good workmanlike manner so as to cause the least practical interference to Tenant’s business and Tenant’s use of the Premises. In all events, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with the Premises and Tenant’s business operations thereon. If Landlord’s entry materially and substantially interferes with the conduct of Tenant’s business and/or cause damage to Tenant’s property (and the entry is not needed because of Tenant’s default, negligence or willful misconduct), then in such event the rent and any sums due and payable as additional rents, shall xxxxx in proportion to the extent of the interference and Landlord shall be liable for any damage to Tenant’s property.

  • Open Space Acquisitions within the PPA. The County agrees that for the term of this IGA it will not purchase or otherwise acquire any land within the PPA for open space purposes, including conservation easements and transfer of development right sending sites without the approval of the Town.

  • Access to the Property 1. We and our representatives shall only have access to the Property during the Vendor's normal business hours upon reasonable notice to the Vendor, at our sole risk and expense. Such site visits shall be conducted in the presence of a representative of the Vendor, in a manner that minimizes interference with the use of the Property and does not contravene any leases or unreasonably interfere with any Tenants. We and our representatives shall not have any communications with Tenants or their employees without the prior written approval of the Vendor and in the presence of a representative of the Vendor.
