Common Entrance. – shall mean an Entrance that provides access to two (2) properties when individual Entrances are not feasible due to physical constraints or inadequate spacing between Entrances for adjacent properties. The Entrance is normally constructed astride the property line, but may be located in another location, if the approval to utilize an easement is obtained from the appropriate planning authorities. The approval of both property Owners is mandatory prior to the construction of a Common Entrance.

Examples of Common Entrance in a sentence

  • Only the candidates satisfying the following requirements will be eligible to appear for the Common Entrance Test for admissions into Polytechnics (POLYCET).

  • The cancellation of the Answer Sheet shall mean cancellation of all Answer Sheets of the Common Entrance Test.

  • These seats will be filled through counseling as per the rank at the Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) conducted by the State Government and as per other admission criteria laid down in the G.Os.

  • Candidates who wish to seek admission in any of the Diploma courses will have to appear for Common Entrance Test for admissions into Polytechnics (POLYCET) conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana, Hyderabad.

Related to Common Entrance

  • Common elements means all portions of a condominium other than the units.

  • General common elements means the common elements other than the limited common elements.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions).   • Entrant has the meaning given in clause 5.3;
