Access to course content and resources. We will grant you access to our online course materials and resources and any third party software (provided these are included in your course subscription) (Resources) when you are enrolled on the course and for the duration of your agreement with us. If your agreement with us comes to an end for any reason (including but not limited to cancellation and course completion), you will no longer have access to the Resources. You will however be permitted to keep any physical copies of the Resources, provided all sums that are due to us have been paid in full. 8 Our liability to you and your sponsor (if applicable)

Access to course content and resources. We will grant you access to our online course materials and resources and any third party software for educational purposes only, where these are included in your course subscription. This access is for the duration of your agreement with us or until you complete your course, whichever is earliest. If your agreement with us comes to an end for any reason (including but not limited to cancellation and course completion), you will no longer have access to the Resources. You will however be permitted to keep any physical copies of the Resources, provided all sums that are due to us have been paid in full.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

  • Access to Services 1. Subject to DHCS provider enrollment certification requirements, the Contractor shall maintain continuous availability and accessibility of covered services and facilities, service sites, and personnel to provide the covered services through use of DMC certified providers. Such services shall not be limited due to budgetary constraints.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • Permitted License Uses and Restrictions (a) This Order Form Supplement allows you, as an authorized User under the Master Subscription Agreement, to use the Software on any Supported Device and on no other devices.
