Access to IT Systems. In accessing the other Party’s systems, but without prejudice to the cyber security requirements and handling of cyber security incident in the Quality Management Protocol, each Party shall follow and comply with the other Party’s cyber security and data security policies.

Access to IT Systems. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 0, each Party shall permit or provide to the other Party reasonable access, upon reasonable advance notice, to its software, networks, hardware and other information technology equipment (collectively, “IT Systems”) and facilities, solely to the extent necessary to provide or receive the Services as contemplated by and in accordance with this Agreement. The Party accessing the other Party’s IT Systems shall comply with the security and access policies generally required by that Party for access to its IT Systems, which terms and conditions will be provided to each Party by the other Party. Each Party may amend its respective security and access policies from time to time, and shall provide the amended policies to the other Party. Each Party’s right to use and access the other Party’s IT Systems shall at all times be governed by and in compliance with Section 5.1, Article 9, Article 10 and Article 11.

  • Access to Data The Holder has had an opportunity to ask questions of officers of the Company, which questions were answered to its satisfaction.
