Common use of Access to Members of Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Access to Members of Bargaining Unit. a. Duly authorized representatives of the Association and their respective affiliates, after reporting their presence in the building to the office, shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property at all nonduty times. b. The rights and privileges of the Association and its representatives as set forth in the Agreement shall be granted only to the Association and to no other similar organization.

Access to Members of Bargaining Unit. a. Duly authorized representatives of the Association and their respective affiliates, after reporting their presence in the building to the office, affiliates shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property before and after school and during lunch periods provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal school operations. The representative shall check in at all nonduty timesthe principal's office upon entering the building. b. The rights and privileges of the Association and its representatives as set forth in the Agreement shall be granted only to the Association and to no other similar organization.
