Access to Operational Support Systems. (OSS) QwestQWEST is developing a proposal for access to its Operational Support Systems (OSS) to meet the requirements of the FCC’s 1st and 2nd Orders. Specific provisions related to OSS will be contained in a separate agreement between the Parties.

The components described in this section are conceptual in nature and will be subject to change as the implementation process proceeds. There will be charges associated with the introduction of the interface and ongoing access to OSS operations which will include an initial access fee and an ongoing charge as described more fully below.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity.
