Access to Staff. Any authorized representative of the Association shall have the right to visit District buildings, employees or groups of employees of the bargaining unit, as long as such visits do not interfere with District operations or the employee’s execution of the employee’s duties. Such authorized representative will comply with any current check-in procedures when entering the building.
