Access to State Premises by Union Representatives. The Employer agrees that local representatives and officers and AFSCME staff representatives shall have reasonable access to the premises of the Employer, giving notice upon arrival to the appropriate Employer representative. Such visitations shall be for the reason of the administration of this Agreement. By mutual arrangement with the Employer in emergency situations, Union staff representatives or local Union representatives may call a meeting during work hours to prevent, resolve or clarify a problem.
