Access to Storage Locker. If the Customer is a Service Customer, the Customer shall have access to its storage locker at any time during the normal business hours of the applicable Facility, as determined from time to time by the Company. Additionally, the Customer shall have access to its storage locker for the duration of any event for which the Customer makes authorized use of the Company’s private conference and/or lounges, regardless of whether these events take place during the normal business hours of the applicable Facility, as determined from time to time by the Company. Additional access to the Customer’s storage locker outside of normal business hours may be pre- arranged by mutual agreement between Customer and the Company.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity.
