Common use of Access to Tapes and Documents Clause in Contracts

Access to Tapes and Documents. Once the investigation is completed, and no later than two (2) days after requested and reasonably in advance of any pre-disciplinary conference, the member who is subject to questioning and his or her Lodge representative or Lodge attorney will be provided access to transcripts, records, written statements, and tapes pertinent to the investigation, including transcripts of questioning and responses to polygraph examination.
