Accident Inspections and Release Time. When the University is required to notify OSHA or any similar jurisdictional agency of an accident involving a bargaining unit employee, it will also notify the Union within forty-eight (48) hours of the accident. In such cases, a bargaining unit member of the LMPSC may be present during the Agency inspection of the accident site. The University shall provide reasonable release time for such inspections.
