ACCIDENT TO WORKMEN. Contractor shall be fully responsible for injury or death of any of your or third party workmen due to any act omission / indiscretion on your part while undertaking the work and Contractor shall fully abide by the statutory requirements of the employee's compensation act. GIPCL shall not be liable for any compensation due to accident, death or injury to any of Contractor’s workmen or any third party due to negligence, act or omission on your part.

ACCIDENT TO WORKMEN. Insurance against damages or compensation payable to any xxxxxxx or other person in the employment of DELTA-T, other than death or injury resulting from any act or default of Owner, its agents or servants. The coverage limits are those as required by law.

  • Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance The Contractor shall have in effect during the entire life of this Agreement Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance providing full statutory coverage.
