Accommodations for Members with Disabilities. If funds are required to pay for services, equipment or other accommodations for a Member with disabilities, the Department Chair or equivalent shall consult with the Member and shall make a written request to the Xxxx or University Librarian. This request shall list the type of accommodation required, and its intended purpose. The University shall review such requests, and these requests shall not be unreasonably denied.

This request shall list the type of accommodation required, and its intended purpose. King’s shall review such requests, and these requests shall not be unreasonably denied, but will not create undue hardship on King’s. The Member has a right to include a member of KUCFA of their choosing, in any discussions.
