Account and Login. If you have registered for the Service as an individual, to gain access to and use the Service, you must establish a unique user ID and associated password (“Login Credentials”), and you cannot share Login Credentials with anyone else. If you have registered an account for the Service on behalf of a group of individuals, then each member of the group must register for the Service, and the group’s use of a single set of Login Credentials is restricted to the physical site where each person within the group is located. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your Login Credentials, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. If your account information changes, you must update your account promptly. Except as we may otherwise expressly allow, you may not use the profile, username, or password of another Service user. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to termination by us. If we have reason to believe that your account information is untrue, inaccurate, out-­‐of-­‐date or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Account and Login. To gain access to and use the Application, Customer must use its unique user ID and associated password (“Login Credentials”), and Customer shall not share its Login Credentials with anyone except Customer’s employees who use the Application for Customer’s benefit. Customer is solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information Customer holds for Customer’s account, including Customer’s Login Credentials, and for any and all activity that occurs under Customer’s account as a result of Customer failing to keep this information secure and confidential. If Customer’s account information changes, Customer must update Customer’s account promptly. Except with Company’s express prior written permission, Customer may not use the profile, username, or password of another Application user. If multiple accounts or sets of Login Credentials are registered or established by the same individual, Company may terminate such accounts or Login Credentials immediately at Company’s sole discretion. If Company has reason to believe that Customer account information is untrue, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete, Company may suspend or terminate Customer’s account at Company’s sole discretion.

  • Checking Accounts The Credit Union may refuse any check or other item drawn against your account or used to withdraw funds from your account if it is not on a form approved by us. We also reserve the right to refuse any check or other item drawn against your account or used to withdraw funds from your account if made in a manner not specifically authorized for your account, if made more frequently or in a greater number than specifically permitted for your account, or if made in an amount less than the minimum withdrawal or transfer specifically permitted for your account. We may pay checks or other items drawn upon your account in any order determined by us, even if paying a particular check or item results in an insufficient balance in your account to pay one or more other items that otherwise could have been paid out of your account. Because of the nature of the Credit Union check program, neither the Credit Union nor any other processing entities shall be responsible for the authenticity of the checks with regard to the signature or alterations; and checks, when presented, shall be paid without verification. We may disregard all information on or any writing or memorandum attached to any check or item except for your signature, the amount and the information that is magnetically encoded. You agree that we do not fail to use ordinary care because our procedures do not provide for sight examination. You will notify us immediately if you learn or have reason to know that any of your checks have been lost or stolen. If you are negligent in safeguarding your checks or if there is a processing problem due to your use of a check printer we do not approve, we will not have any liability or responsibility for any losses you incur as a result if we act in good faith pursuant to standard commercial practices.

  • Investment of Account Assets a. All contributions to the custodial account shall be invested in the shares of the Provident Trust Mutual Funds, Inc. or, if available, any other series of Provident Trust Mutual Funds, Inc. or other regulated investment companies for which Provident Trust Company serves as Investment Advisor or designates as being eligible for investment. Shares of stock of an Investment Company shall be referred to as “Investment Company Shares”. To the extent that two or more funds are available for investment, contributions shall be invested in accordance with the depositor’s investment election.

  • Account Access Electronic Check Transactions may only be made from your checking account.

  • Operating Account To the extent funds are not required to be placed in a lockbox pursuant to any Loan Documents, Property Manager shall deposit all rents and other funds collected from the operation of the Property in a reputable bank or financial institution in a special trust or depository account or accounts for the Property maintained by Property Manager for the benefit of the Company (such accounts, together with any interest earned thereon, shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Operating Account”). Property Manager shall maintain books and records of the funds deposited in and withdrawals from the Operating Account. With funds from Company, Property Manager shall maintain the Operating Account so that an amount at least as great as the budgeted expenses for such month is in the Operating Account as of the first of each month. From the Operating Account, Property Manager shall pay the operating expenses of the Property and any other payments relative to the Property as required by this Agreement. If more than one account is necessary to operate the Property, each account shall have a unique name, except to the extent any Lender requires sub-accounts within any account. Within three (3) months after receipt by Property Manager, all rents and other funds collected in the Operating Account, after payment of all operating expenses, debt service and such amounts as may be determined by the Property Manager to be retained for reserves or improvements, shall be paid to the Company.
