ACCOUNT PERMISSIONS. You agree not to request or allow another person to create an Account on your behalf, for your use, or for your benefit, except that an authorized employee or agent may create an Account on behalf of your business. By granting other Users permissions under your Account, including as a Team Member or Agency Member, you represent and warrant that (a) the User is authorized to act on your behalf, (b) you are financially responsible for the User’s actions taken in accordance with those permissions, including, if applicable, entering into binding contracts on behalf of the owner of the Account, and (c) you are fully responsible and liable for any action of any User to whom you have provided any permissions and any other person who uses the Account, including making payments and entering into Service Contracts and the Terms of Service. If any such User violates the Terms of Service, it may affect your ability to use the Site. Upon closure of an Account, Upwork may close any or all related Accounts.

You also agree not to disclose your Account security credentials to another person or permit them to access your Account on your behalf. You are responsible for the activities undertaken using your Account which occur via JobTab, whether such activities are authorised by you or not.

ACCOUNT PERMISSIONS. The Managing User may then select any (or all) of the following account permissions. With the exceptions noted (*) below, the following permissions apply only to those accounts that the User has been granted permission to view: ▪ Account Reports ▪ View Statements and Documents* ▪ Bill Pay** ▪ Mobile Check Deposits*** ▪ ACH Stop Payments ▪ Stop Payments History ▪ Create a Savings Goal ▪ Reorder Checks * The View Statements and Documents permission applies to all accounts belonging to the member business, not just those that the User has been granted permission to view. Before creating a Role with this permission, carefully consider the business needs and qualifications of the individual Users to whom the Role will be assigned. **A User with the Bill Pay permission may choose to fund bill payments from any of the member business’s savings or checking accounts that they have been granted access to view, to “Transfer From,” or to “Transfer To.” Users with bill pay permissions may also create payees (Companies and Individuals). Before creating a Role with this permission, carefully consider the business needs and qualifications of the individual Users to whom the Role will be assigned. ***A User with Mobile check deposit permission may make a mobile check deposit into any of the member business’s savings or checking accounts that they have been granted permission to view or to “Transfer To.”
ACCOUNT PERMISSIONS. If you personally allow any individual or entity to access and navigate your account for any purpose for any amount of time you authorize that this third party is acting on your behalf on our Service and the account owner is responsible for any actions; be they unlawful or unauthorized as outline in the User Agreement, the account owner will be liable.
