Accountability of Funds. TPPA is strictly accountable for all TPPA funds and participates annually in the independent Single Audit process. This audit is conducted by an outside Certified Public Accountancy firm in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States. Each year’s report is available for any member agency representative to review during normal business hours.
Accountability of Funds. The Service Provider shall maintain accounting records for funds received under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. These records shall be separate from other records for any other funds administered by the Service Provider, and shall be maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Procedures and the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Accountability of Funds. The FUNDED PARTNER shall maintain accounting records for funds received under the terms and conditions of this Contract Agreement. These records shall be separate from those for any other funds administered by the FUNDED PARTNER, and shall be maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Procedures and the Office of Management and Budget Cost Principles.
Accountability of Funds. The ENTITY Chief Financial Officer, with the assistance of the Chief Executive Officer, will provide the ENTITY Board with regular, detailed reports accounting for all the ENTITY’s operations in accordance with ENTITY Board policy.
Accountability of Funds. Renter and Xxxxxx’s Contractor shall collect and deposit into Renter’s bank account on a daily basis all cash, checks, and credit card settlements that either has received in performance of this Agreement. In fulfillment of its fiduciary responsibility with respect to funds it is collecting on behalf of the City, the Contractor shall submit to the City: (i) a daily sales report, which includes at a minimum a total of each type of revenue collected (i.e. beer, food, beverage, merchandise, advertisement, gate fee) and the total amount allocated to the City and to Renter in accordance with Paragraph 7 herein; and (ii) daily and monthly cash reconciliation; (iii) all deposit slips with copies of all deposit receipts; (iv) daily cash register tapes; (v) credit card settlement reports; (vi) monthly copies of the bank statements; (vii) credit card service fees paid by Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx’s Contractor; and (viii) copy of the monthly bank reconciliation. The City and Renter and Xxxxxx’s Contractor shall each be responsible for the gross receipts tax on their respective share of this revenue.
Accountability of Funds. All funds of the Finance Authority shall be strictly and separately accounted for, and regular reports shall be rendered to the Parking Authority and the City. The Finance Authority shall establish and maintain such funds and accounts as may be required by good accounting practice. The books and records of the Finance Authority shall be open to inspection at all reasonable times by the City and the Parking Authority and their representatives. The Finance Authority shall give an audited written report of all financial activities for each fiscal year to the City and to the Parking Authority.
Accountability of Funds. The System shall be responsible for the strict accountability of all funds and reports of all receipts and disbursements in accordance with Government Code Section 6505. The Treasurer shall have the custody of and be responsible for the safekeeping and disbursement of all System funds held by him or her only in accordance with the procedures established by the Board of Directors and in conformity with applicable law. The Treasurer may delegate any administrative duties to such other person or persons as are authorized by the Board of Directors.
Accountability of Funds. The PUEBLO shall provide for strict accountability of all money paid to the PUEBLO, subject to this Agreement, and shall follow generally accepted accounting principles and account for all receipts and disbursements of funds made to the PUEBLO pursuant to this Agreement.

The Underwriter shall provide a written, detailed accounting of any and all additional funds requested by the Underwriter from the Company which exceed the initial deposit amount as described in Section V above, upon written request from the Company received by the Underwriter within thirty days from the Closing Date or Termination Date of this Agreement, whichever shall occur first.
