Gate Fee definition

Gate Fee means any monetary fee or other charge or consideration, or any combination thereof, paid by a Driver who is not a Taxi or Ramp Taxi Medallion Holder for the privilege of driving a Taxi or Ramp Taxi for any period of time, and for receipt of all services provided in connection with such privilege, whether said fee, charge or consideration is set orally or in writing, and regardless of the terms of payment.
