Accounting for Donated Leave. Xxxx leave donated to the Sick Leave Donation Bank shall be converted to a cash value based on the donating employee’s hourly rate of pay. Leave paid out shall be converted to sick leave hours based on the recipient employee’s hourly rate of pay.
