Donating employee definition

Donating employee means an employee of a soil and water conservation district who donates sick leave as authorized by this section.
Donating employee. The donating employee must meet the following criteria:

  • Example: Donating employee - Secretary (rate $9.00 per hour) donates eight hours: $9.00 x 8 = $72.00; Receiving employee - Clerk (rate $7.00 per hour) will be entitled to: $72.00  $7.00 = 10.29 hours of catastrophic leave credits.

  • Example: Donating employee - Secretary (rate $9.00 per hour) donates eight hours: $9.00 x 8 = $72.00; Receiving employee - Clerk (rate $7.00 per hour) will be entitled to: $72.00 ÷ $7.00 = 10.29 hours of catastrophic leave credits.

  • Donating employee:  Donating employees cannot give more than half of their PTO/Vacation/Sick balance.

  • Donating employee must have a minimum of two weeks leave remaining (combined sick and vacation) at the time they volunteer to the donation and at the time the donation is removed.

  • Donating employee must be employed by the City when the donated time is used.

  • An employee may voluntarily donate up to five (5) sick leave or personal leave days to any other association member who has exhausted all of his/her sick leave, based upon the following provisions: - Donated days must be in “Whole Day Increments” - Donating employee is limited to a donation of five (5) days per donation per year and must retain at least 12 days for his/her own use.

  • Donating employee must have a minimum of two (2) weeks leave remaining (combined sick and vacation) at the time the member volunteers to the donation and at the time the donation is removed.

  • By way of example:  Donating employee - Daily rate $300.00 donates two days: $300.00 x 2 days = $600.00 credit;  Receiving employee - Daily rate $250.00 will be entitled to: $600.00 credit  $250.00 daily rate = 2.40 days of benefit credit.

  • Participating Employer means any trade or business (whether or not incorporated) which adopts this Plan with the consent of the Company identified in the Adoption Agreement.

  • Designated Employee means an employee who has been designated by the school to receive complaints of hazing, harassment and bullying pursuant to subdivision 16 V.S.A. 570a(a)(7). The designated employees for each school building are identified in Appendix A of this policy.

  • Transferring Employee means an employee at the airport who timely transfers to the regional authority by the transfer date.

  • Gaming employee means any person

  • Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which s/he customarily and regularly receives more than $30 per month in tips. Tips include amounts designated as a tip by credit card customers on their charge slips. Nothing in this rule prevents an employer from requiring employees to share or allocate such tips or gratuities on a pre-established basis among other employees who customarily and regularly receive tips. Employer-required sharing of tips with employees who do not customarily and regularly receive tips, such as management or food preparers, or deduction of credit card processing fees from tipped employees, shall nullify allowable tip credits towards the minimum wage.

  • Restricted Employee means any person who was a director, employee or consultant of the Company at any time within the Relevant Period who by reason of that position and in particular his seniority and expertise or knowledge of Confidential Information or knowledge of or influence over the clients, customers or contacts of the Company is likely to cause damage to the Company if he were to leave the employment of the Company and become employed by a competitor of the Company;

  • Employee Participant means an Employee who holds an outstanding Award under the terms of the Plan.
