Accreditations. Accreditations granting access to the respectively adequate zones have to be issued for the different categories of press and media representatives (written press, photographers, radio, TV, etc).
Accreditations. Except as could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, each Company holds all Accreditations necessary or required by applicable Legal Requirements or Governmental Authority for the operation of the business of such Company (including accreditation by the appropriate Governmental Authorities and industry accreditation agencies and accreditation and certifications necessary to receive payment and compensation and to participate under Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE/CHAMPUS, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and other payor programs relevant to any Company) (individually, a “Company Accreditation,” and collectively, the “Company Accreditations”). There are no pending or, to the knowledge of any Loan Party, threatened suits or proceedings that could reasonably be expected to result in the suspension, revocation, restriction, amendment or nonrenewal of any Company Accreditations, and no event which (whether with notice or lapse of time or both) could reasonably be expected to result in a suspension, revocation, restriction, amendment or nonrenewal of any Company Accreditation has occurred. Except as could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, each Company is in compliance with the terms of the Company Accreditations.
Accreditations a. Where Stack processes Personal Data that falls within the scope of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), Stack shall ensure that all processing meets the PCI DSS requirements to the latest version of the standard. This is applicable only to Services purchased through Stack’s self-service avenues.
Accreditations. Implementation and interpretation of this agreement will be consistent with applicable and mandatory policies and procedures established by the appropriate accreditation bodies, the United States Department of Education, and other agencies that have jurisdiction over the operation of either institution. Both institutions shall maintain their respective individual accreditation and this agreement shall be binding only so long as that accreditation is maintained by both parties. Both agree to notify the other in the event of changes to their accreditations.
Accreditations. 1.8.1 ISO/IEC (manufacture and testing) or equivalent Suppliers must submit all relevant accreditations (internally and internationally) regarding the testing and certification process of the ESS.
1.8.2 UN/DOT (packaging and transport) or equivalent The United Nations and US Department of Transport standards for the transportation of hazardous materials.
Accreditations. 28.1 Each Service Provider shall ensure that throughout the Framework Term it maintains any accreditations that it was required to hold in order to satisfy any minimum requirements set out in the tender documents for the Framework Agreement.
28.2 Each Service Provider shall procure that throughout the Framework Term any consortium members or proposed subcontractors detailed in its tender submission for the Framework Agreement maintain any accreditations such consortium members and/or subcontractors were required to hold in order to satisfy any minimum requirements set out in the tender documents for the Framework Agreement.
28.3 Each Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of participation in any Award Process under this Framework Agreement it may be required to provide the Client or Authorised Entity with evidence to demonstrate that the Service Provider, its consortium member(s) and/or its proposed subcontractors hold the relevant accreditations. If the Service Provider is unable to provide such evidence when requested to do so, it may be excluded from the Award Process for the particular Call Off Contract.
Accreditations. Schedule 4.30 sets forth a list and brief description of each accreditation from any Governmental Authority, association or society or other organization (an "Accreditation Authority") held by the Operational Sellers and the Company (an "Accreditation"). No cancellation, termination, expiration, suspension or other adverse action with respect to any Accreditation is pending or, to the knowledge of the Seller Parties, threatened.

Each Company is in compliance with the terms of the Company Accreditations.

To the knowledge of the Company, each Company Entity holds all accreditations necessary or required by applicable Laws or Governmental Entity for the operation of the business as currently conducted by the Company and each Company Entity (individually, a “Company Accreditation” and collectively, the “Company Accreditations”). There are no pending or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened suits or proceedings that would reasonably be expected to result in a suspension, revocation, restriction, amendment or nonrenewal of any Company Accreditation, and to the knowledge of the Company, no event that (whether with notice or lapse of time or both) would result in a suspension, revocation, restriction, amendment or nonrenewal of any Company Accreditation has occurred. To the knowledge of the Company, each Company Entity is in compliance with the terms of the Company Accreditations.
Accreditations. Except as set forth in the Company Disclosure Schedule, none of the Company or its Subsidiaries has been denied or failed to obtain any accreditation by any health maintenance organization or insurance accreditation agency from whom the Company sought accreditation.
