During their School Year The Student shall not make any statement or give any interview to the media or publish any material whether online or otherwise in relation to the School or any of its employees, members or workers or its clients or business referrers without the prior written consent of the principal of the School, and shall remove or recall all such material which has been so published immediately upon being asked to do so by or on behalf of the School insofar as it is within the Student's power to do so.
Press / media. The Musician shall not, except with the consent of BRB, claim to represent the Management of Birmingham Royal Ballet or of the Royal Ballet Sinfonia in any public statement.

Any press or media mentions regarding the NOEEN City Seats Project featuring or instigated by the Provider should refer to the partnership as a “Partnership between Agenda for Children, the New Orleans Early Education Network, and CENTER”. Provider also agrees to notify Agenda/NOEEN of any potential media mentions.
Press / media. 1. To refer to the performance venue as “The Hangar at the OC Fair” in all advertising and/or communications including, but not limited to, email, websites, social media outlets and print schedules.
Press / media. With regard to the fundraising of DNAPrint the Company and DNAPrint shall without undue delay after signing of this Agreement and in good faith agree to the content of an initial press release pertaining to the investment as contained in this Agreement, as well as to the time at which this press release shall be made. DNAPrint is entitled to publish all statements which are required under applicable US securities laws and regulations and stock exchange rules. The Company shall cooperate fully with DNAPrint in its filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission of a current report on Form 8-K disclosing the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, and any financial statements and other financial information required to be filed with such report, all in a timely fashion. The Company shall cooperate, and shall cause its accountants to cooperate, in the preparation of such financial statements and other financial information. The parties acknowledge that such filing and the relationship between the Company and DNAPrint created by this Agreement will require DNAPrint to file and to make publicly available the text of this Agreement and any other Agreements executed by DNAPrint in connection with the transaction contemplated by this Agreement.

If any press or media contacts the Provider regarding NOEEN City Seats or the City of New Orleans Early Childhood millage, Provider should refer to the partnership as a “Partnership between Agenda for Children, the NOEEN City Seats Program, and Provider.” Provider also agrees to notify Agenda and NOEEN of any potential media contact and/or mentions.

If any press or media contacts the Provider regarding publicly-funded support for their program, Provider should identify Agenda For Children as the administrator of CCAP B-3 funds provided by the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE). Provider also agrees to notify Agenda of any potential media contact and/or mentions.

Consultants must inform Xxxxx before the interview is conducted (no exceptions). All Consultants wishing to contact or who are contacted by the media first should contact Xxxxx’s Marketing Department. Press includes any media including network television, newspapers, radio, and all Internet media such as blogs, syndicated columns, broadcast shows, and wire services.
