(a) An accrued day off (ADO) arises from a system of work in which a full full-time employee:
(i) is rostered to work more than 38 hours per week;
(ii) is paid 38 ordinary hours; and
(iii) the difference between the hours worked and hours paid accrues towards a paid day off.
