Accrued Days Off. Chaparral shall recognize and assume all Liability for all vacation, holiday, flex days and personal days off, including banked vacation, accrued by Chaparral Business Employees as of the Cessation Time, and Chaparral shall credit each Chaparral Business Employee with such days off accrual.
