Common use of Accrued Vacation Clause in Contracts

Accrued Vacation. Except as required by applicable Law, Purchaser shall be responsible for all Liabilities with respect to Transferred Employees attributable to their accrued and unused vacation and sick days through the Closing Date.

Accrued Vacation. Except as required by applicable Law, Purchaser Buyer shall be responsible for all Liabilities with respect to Transferred Employees attributable to their accrued and unused vacation vacation, sick days and sick personal days through the Closing Date, and shall recognize, honor and assume all such accrued and unused vacation, sick days and personal days with respect to Transferred Employees through the Closing Date.
