Accumulation of Seniority. Once the probationary period is successfully completed, the employee’s seniority shall be retroactive to the date the employee was hired, or if an ab initio trainee, the date he or she graduated following his or her successful completion of a Flight Service Specialist course given by the NAV CANADA Training Institute or the abbreviated Gander Unit Specific Training (GUST) program.
