Acquisition of Permits. Lessee shall acquire all federal, state and county permits required for its operations. Lessee shall be responsible for reclamation of only those areas disturbed by Lessee's activities. In the event that Lessee is required to post a reclamation bond, the bond will revert to Lessee upon satisfactory completion of the reclamation program.
Acquisition of Permits. Xxxxx shall acquire all federal, state and county permits required for its operations. In the event that Xxxxx is required to post a reclamation bond, the bond will revert to Xxxxx upon satisfactory completion of the reclamation program.

The Tenant shall be responsible to process and acquire all those permits necessary for its operation, in addition to the performance of activities carried out within the Premises, such as, but not limited to, those permits and authorizations necessary for operating under a free zone regime. In the event that the Landlord authorizes any renovations or improvements required by Tenant on the property, the Tenant shall assume the costs, exclusively, for the permits, authorizations and other necessary acts for their execution, including any increases in payment of land taxes, due to Tenant's improvements. The Landlord shall cooperate with the Tenant in the acquisition of the corresponding permits or authorizations whenever its assistance is required for such purpose, and shall maintain all taxes and permits paid and up to date.
Acquisition of Permits. CONTRACTOR will be responsible for the acquisition of any required city, county, or state permits required for installation of equipment or otherwise necessary for provision of Services. All required permits must be identified and applied for within 45 calendar days of Work Order execution unless otherwise agreed to in writing by AGENCY and CONTRACTOR.

In addition to any covenants contained in the Leases, Optionee covenants to Optionor that it shall acquire all federal, state and local permits required for its operations under this Agreement, including without limitation those pertaining to reclamation and the posting of a reclamation bond, as may be required by law.
1.12.1 Optionee shall simultaneously deliver to Optionor copies of all permit applications filed with regulatory agencies pertaining to the Property or its operations hereunder. Optionee shall, promptly upon their receipt, deliver to Optionor copies of all permits, amendments, and modifications issued for the Property or its operations hereunder.
1.12.2 In the event Optionee does not exercise the Purchase Option, Optionee shall be responsible solely for that reclamation and clean-up liability on the Property associated with Optionee’s activities under this Agreement. Optionee shall reclaim any disturbance, including drilling, created by its activities under this Agreement in accordance with applicable rules and regulations of the appropriate state and federal agencies.
Acquisition of Permits. Piedmont shall acquire all federal, state, and local permits required for its operations. Piedmont shall be responsible for reclamation of only those areas disturbed by Piedmont’s activities. Piedmont will post any operating and reclamation bonds required by regulatory agencies for work on the Property. The bond will revert to Piedmont upon satisfactory completion of the reclamation program.
Acquisition of Permits. For any ECM installation requiring permits from regulatory agencies, the contractor shall provide its plan and schedule for acquiring such permits in accordance with agency instructions and requirements.
Acquisition of Permits. Delta shall acquire all federal, state and county permits required for its operations. In the event that Delta is required to post a reclamation bond, the bond will revert to Delta upon satisfactory completion of the reclamation program.
