ACS Amendment. The ACS is amended to replace Exhibit A: Florida General Contract Conditions in its entirety with Exhibit D: Special Contract Conditions. Any and all references in the ACS to terms and conditions are hereby replaced with the attached Exhibit D: Special Contract Conditions, which are incorporated into the ACS by reference herein.
ACS Amendment. Attachment I: General Contract Conditions is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached Exhibit B: Special Contract Conditions, July 1, 2019 Version.
