Acting Assignments Outside of the Bargaining Unit. Employees assigned to positions outside of the bargaining unit, will receive a premium of 5% of their base hourly rate. This premium will not be included with the base hourly rate in computing overtime or other premium pay. An employee on an acting assignment shall remain a member of the bargaining unit.
