SPIRIT OF AGREEMENT. WHEREAS the Company, its management and employees, comprise a team wherein the money of investors is combined with the judgment, abilities, experience and energy of the management and employees to provide public utility services to our consumers -- the public, industry, wholesale and retail business, and to the xxxxxx and other engaged in basic industries, and
SPIRIT OF AGREEMENT. The Employer and the Union recognize and accept the principles and spirit of good teamwork based on mutual responsibility, respect, confidence, loyalty, integrity, and further recognize that successful employer-employee relations must be mutually ad- vantageous, fair and just, and not more favourable to one than the other.
SPIRIT OF AGREEMENT. Whereas the Company is an organization wherein the money of investors is combined with the judgment, abilities, experience and energy of the management and employees to provide efficient public utility services.
SPIRIT OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement has been reached through a consultative process involving Xxxxx’x, the Rydalmere Warehouse Employees and the Union. This Agreement reflects and embodies mutual commitment to the following:
(a) Continuously measuring and improving the site’s operating performance;
(b) Developing effective harmonious, team-based work practices;
(c) Supporting the values of The Xxxxx’x Snackfood Company; and
(d) Rewarding and developing Employees via structured learning and development initiatives consistent with the above principles.
SPIRIT OF AGREEMENT. 1.01 This Agreement recognizes and accepts the principles and spirit of good teamwork based on mutual responsibility, respect, confidence, loyalty, integrity, and further recognizes that successful Employer/Employee relations must be mutually advantageous, fair and just, and not more favourable to one than the other.
SPIRIT OF AGREEMENT. COP and Intelicus recognize that the optimum performance of this Agreement requires a cooperative working environment established upon good communications and good faith working relationship between both COP and Intelicus. It is with this spirit that the COP and Intelicus enter this Agreement.
SPIRIT OF AGREEMENT. It is mutually agreed and covenanted by the parties to this Agreement that their respective interests can best be served by a wholesome interest of the employee and the Employer alike. The Employer and the Union have a common and sympathetic interest in the efficiency and success of the Employer in performing its function in the distribution of electricity. The Union and the Employer further agree that in return for the basic rights of employment and working conditions covered by this Agreement, there is need for a continuous and cooperative program to improve operating methods and productive performance which will provide for a corresponding compensation return, increasing employee satisfaction and enthusiasm, and reasonable financial stability for the Employer. The following objectives are mutually agreed to and set forth with regard to wages and salaries: We intend to establish salaries and wages that are adequate to attract and retain qualified personnel and stimulate their superior performance, growth and development. We intend to provide each person with a feeling that the salary compares fairly with what is paid for other positions having similar duties, difficulties and responsibilities both within the City and in other organizations within the area from which the employee would normally be recruited. We intend to assure both management and employees that performance will be appraised systematically, fairly and that opportunities will be provided to permit all employees to become highly trained and grow and develop so that they can assume positions of greater responsibility. We intend to provide wages and salaries on a fair, systematic and predetermined basis so that the Employer can adequately determine budget requirements and do long-range planning. For the purpose of facilitating the peaceful adjustment of differences that may arise from time to time and to promote harmony and efficiency to the end that the City, the Union may mutually benefit, and in consideration of the respective promises of the parties hereto, this Agreement is hereby made and entered into.
SPIRIT OF AGREEMENT. TNDE and VR recognize that optimum performance of this Agreement requires a cooperative working environment established upon good communications and a good faith working relationship between both Parties. It is within this cooperative spirit that TNDE and VR agree to interact in the performance of this Agreement.
SPIRIT OF AGREEMENT. This Community Partner Agreement is predicated on creating a spirit of partnership based on mutual respect, needs, and support that will enable UWECA and its Community Partners to make life better for people across our communities. A Community Partner is defined as a not-for-profit organization meeting eligibility requirements, receiving discretionary funding from or through UWECA to provide local services that assist UWECA in its work in one or more of its four focus areas: Health, Education, Financial Stability, and Basic Needs. This Agreement governs Community Partners receiving funding through UWECA’s Community Investment Process and/or designations received through UWECA’s annual fundraising campaign. Within the spirit of this agreement, Community Partners agree to: • Provide local services that are oriented to the achievement of measurable outcomes • Assist UWECA in achieving community change through one or more of the four focus areas • Actively and aggressively publicize UWECA’s support and year-round relationship • Actively participate in UWECA’s fundraising efforts and be sensitive not to detract from UWECA’s efforts to raise funds that support all Community Partners Communications between UWECA and the Community Partners will also influence the effectiveness of this Agreement. UWECA and the Community Partners have a joint responsibility for communicating any issue or problem that could have a negative impact on the working relationship.
SPIRIT OF AGREEMENT. This agreement has been reached through a consultative process involving CSR Ltd, the Bathurst plant employees and the Federated Brick, Tile & Pottery Union.
(i) To co-operate to ensure the profitable, efficient and ongoing operations of the Bathurst plant.
(ii) To achieve our mission of providing the highest possible levels of customer service, support of our people and relentless improvement in all aspects of this business.
(iii) To develop and maintain a workplace that encourages and facilitates teamwork, personal and professional development in all aspects of this business.
(iv) To provide employees with competitive wages and benefits.
(v) That the company recognized the stake all employees have in the performance of the business and will ensure that there is frequent and open communication of business results. The employees agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business performance criteria.
(vi) The company and employees acknowledge the need to ensure the maximum flexibility is applied to the performance of all tasks without limitation, including multi skilling involving rotation of duties in specified sections, with due consideration to the safety and the level of skills of the employees.
