Acting Supervisors. The Company agrees to inform the Union in a timely manner when it intends to use a member of the bargaining unit as an acting supervisor. If the engineer remains as an acting supervisor for more than six (6) consecutive months, the engineer shall be reclassified to management or returned to his or her bargaining unit position. Deviations shall require the consent of the Union.
Acting Supervisors. Any employee scheduled to work as a Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be paid an additional $1.00 per hour for each hour he or she serves in such a capacity.

Acting Supervisors a) Acting Supervisors will only be assigned overtime if no full time Supervisor volunteers, however, a Full Time Supervisor may, as long as the overtime is starting more than 8 hours later, exercise their opportunity to claim the overtime work. In that situation, all reasonable efforts will be made by the Full Time Supervisor who is claiming the work, to advise the Acting Supervisor of the change. It is the responsibility of any acting Supervisor who is assigned overtime work, to confirm they held the overtime work. b) Notwithstanding Section 5, All other terms of the Overtime Procedure apply to to Acting Supervisors.

Acting Supervisors. (a) When an Employee is requested to perform the duties of a Supervisor, they shall be paid, in addition to their hourly rate as set out in the Salary Scale, a premium amount of two dollars and twenty-five cents ($2.25) per hour for the entire shift. Such payment shall apply to all active working hours, including overtime. Where an extension beyond three (3) months is required, the Employer shall advise the Union and request an extension. Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.
Acting Supervisors. Registered Nurses working in this position longer than two (2) weeks shall be temporarily released from the terms of this agreement with the PAMF/PAD for the length of time involved and compensated appropriately (excluding exempt positions), except for shift and/or holiday differential which shall be paid when appropriate. Such Registered Nurse, if he/she so chooses, will be allowed to represent management in reviewing the performance of other Registered Nurses in the Union as it relates to performance evaluations and/or corrective action. Such Registered Nurse will also have the right to grieve if involuntarily terminated or given corrective action for any reason while so temporarily assigned.

  • Immediate Supervisor The term "immediate supervisor" as used in this Article refers to the appropriate non-bargaining unit supervisory or management person to whom the employee is accountable.

  • Supervisor Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance.
