Actions in Abeyance. (1) Until the Parties have obtained the Final Order or this Settlement Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms, whichever occurs first, the Parties agree to hold in abeyance all other steps in the Actions other than the Notice Approval Motions and the Settlement Approval Motions contemplated by this Settlement Agreement and such other matters required to implement the terms of this Settlement Agreement, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties.
