ACTIVATION CONTROL. II.15.1 XXXX checks every Month M the aFRR Energy Discrepancy of Month M-2, in accordance with Annex 13.A.
ACTIVATION CONTROL. A DETERMINATION OF THE AFRR ENERGY DISCREPANCY Exclusion of Time Steps from the determination of the aFRR Energy Discrepancy
ACTIVATION CONTROL. The activation control for the aFRR Service is performed for each Time Step, as per the method described in Annex 13.
ACTIVATION CONTROL. 7.10.1. XXXX will check every month that the quantity of FCR Power Supplied by the BSP during the previous month meets the contractual requirements. Said check is performed for a maximum of 6 Frequency Variations for the month for all Service Types contracted during this month, and in the same way a maximum of 2 Frequency Variations per Delivery Period.
7.10.2. XXXX provides, at latest two months after the month when the analyzed Frequency Deviation occurred, the analyzed Frequency Deviation report for the evaluation and monitoring of the FCR Power Supplied by the BSP.
7.10.3. To evaluate each Frequency Variation, XXXX compares the power required (Preq_act) as calculated in Annex 10, with the FCR Power Supplied (Psup_act) also calculated as per method described in Annex 10.
7.10.4. For this evaluation, XXXX will use, when available, its own measurements at the Delivery Point(s) concerned. In case of a Delivery Point using private measuring equipment as per Art. 7.4, XXXX will use measurements transmitted by the BSP in real-time as described in Annex 16.
7.10.5. For each selected Frequency Variation XXXX will only consider for the activation control the Service Types concerned, meaning the Service Types that should have reacted at the analyzed Frequency Range.
7.10.6. For these Service Types, only Providing Groups on which FCR Power was nominated at occurrence of the Frequency Variation will be considered together for the activation control.
7.10.7. The Parties agree that if the power required by an activation (Preq_act) is not reached, penalties will be applied as described in Art. 9.2 taking into account the dispute resolutions mechanisms described in Art. 10.3 and Art.10.5.
ACTIVATION CONTROL. ART. II.7
ACTIVATION CONTROL. A13.A DETERMINATION OF THE AFRR ENERGY DISCREPANCY For Month M, XXXX determines the aFRR Energy Discrepancy as follows: aFRR Energy Discrepancy(M) = ∑ aFRR MW discrepancy (ts) 900 Figure 99 - aFRR Energy Discrepancy The aFRR MW discrepancy is determined, per Time Step ts, as follows: where aFRR MW discrepancy(ts) = max[|aFRR Requested(ts − 2) − aFRR Supplied(ts)| − δperm(ts); 0] (ts) = max[|aFRR Requested(ts − 2) − aFRR Supplied(ts)| − δperm(ts); 0] • aFRR Supplied(ts) is determined in accordance with Annex 13.C; • δperm (ts) is the permitted deviation determined in accordance with Annex 13.B. The aFRR MW discrepancy for each Time Step is capped to the V(QH) of the concerned quarter-hour as defined in Annex 13.B.
ACTIVATION CONTROL. For each quarter-hour of mFRR Power activation, XXXX checks the difference between: the mFRR Power to be supplied, corresponding to the mFRR Requested by XXXX as determined in section 12.A of this annex; the mFRR Supplied, as determined in sections 12.B to 12.D of this annex. An activation of mFRR Power is non-compliant if at least one condition of Art. II.14.1 is satisfied.
ACTIVATION CONTROL. In accordance with Art. II.13, XXXX will check on a monthly basis that the FCR Supplied by the BSP meets the contractual requirements. For this purpose, XXXX checks at the same time all offered FCR Energy Bids activated for the analyzed Frequency Variation.
ACTIVATION CONTROL. XXXX checks every Month M that the FCR Supplied by the BSP, during Month M-2, is compliant in accordance with Art. II.13.3;
ACTIVATION CONTROL. XXXX considers an activation of an mFRR Energy Bid as non-compliant if at least one of the following conditions is satisfied: The mFRR Supplied is inferior to the mFRR Requested for at least one quarter-hour, in accordance with Art. II.14.2; The BSP has failed to execute the communications foreseen in section 10.A to 10.C of Annex 10 (without fault by XXXX);
