Permitted Deviation definition

Permitted Deviation means any payment which does not exceed by more than twenty percent (20%) the amount set forth in the Approved Budget for the applicable line item, provided that the aggregate amount of such payments on an annual basis shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the total amount of operating expenses set forth in the Approved Budget.
Permitted Deviation means 15%.
Permitted Deviation means (a) when used in respect of any one line item of the Sources and Uses, any positive or negative difference of 25% and (b) when used in respect of any Approved Budget, a percentage to be agreed in good faith by the Borrower, the Agent and the Required Lenders in connection with the approval of the Initial Budget.

More Definitions of Permitted Deviation

Permitted Deviation means, in the case of costs and expenses set forth in the Annual Budget, the incurrence of amounts that exceed any Category by an amount that is five percent (5%) or less (for the Categories described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of the definition thereof) and the sale or lease of the Property or any portions thereof at a price or rents, as applicable, no less than 95% of the price set forth in the Business Plan (for the Category described in clause (iv) of the definition thereof), in each case, for any Fiscal Year.
Permitted Deviation means the greater of $200,000 and 15%.
Permitted Deviation means, with respect to any line item in the Budget, any deviation therefrom that would not cause a Material Adverse Deviation.
