Common use of Active Military Duty Clause in Contracts

Active Military Duty. Any Employee who is a member of the military reserves of the United States, and who is called into duty, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, shall be credited 8 Hours of Service for each day he or she is on active duty, but no more than 40 Hours of Service shall be credited for any seven day period starting on Sunday and ending on Saturday.
