ADDED DUTY. Upon approval of the Superintendent or designee, an employee may be assigned additional projects, duties, assignments, or tasks. 1. All functions of the added duty assignment shall be performed for the duration of the assignment. If during the course of the added duty assignment the activity is discontinued, the obligation to continue the stipend shall cease. 2. These duties and the consideration for them, are separate and distinct from any other contractual obligations between the employee and District and are in addition to those other duties. 3. No employee will perform any added duty assignments without their consent and the written consent of the supervisor.
