ADDENDUM TO PROVIDE ADOPTION SERVICES. This addendum to the original PCC agreement dated between PCC and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Cabinet for Health and Family Services does the following: Adds the Adoption Scope of Work to the original agreement and allows the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to reimburse the Second Party for these additional services as appropriate. This addendum applies to the period under which the original agreement is in effect, specifically, through the period referenced in Section 3.02. This information is used in determining whether adoption by the Agency xxxxxx parent is appropriate or if there are any areas in which the family will need preparation as a potential adoptive resource. Agency social service staff consults with designated Cabinet staff in the region of the xxxxxx parent and any other appropriate staff to determine whether xxxxxx parent adoption by the Agency xxxxxx family is appropriate. The recruitment and certification worker or other designated Cabinet adoption staff, Cabinet social service worker, and the Agency social service worker for the xxxxxx home meet with the Agency xxxxxx family within thirty (30) working days when the goal changes to adoption and when xxxxxx parent adoption by the Agency xxxxxx family is identified as the Cabinet’s preferred plan for the child to discuss the following:

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Education services 1.1 Catholic education is intrinsic to the mission of the Church. It is one means by which the Church fulfils its role in assisting people to discover and embrace the fullness of life in Xxxxxx. Catholic schools offer a broad, comprehensive curriculum imbued with an authentic Catholic understanding of Xxxxxx and his teaching, as well as a lived appreciation of membership of the Catholic Church. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • IN SERVICES ARTICLE 4.1

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties:

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Application Services Under an “Application Services” engagement, we will assist you with defining, developing and deploying end-to-end enterprise or departmental applications; tasks may include determining the optimal technology approach and caching strategy to deliver effective, high-performance applications; leveraging a best practice approach for building new applications which includes conducting user workshops, building wireframes, iterating, testing, documenting and mentoring to increase adoption; and enhancing, optimizing or redesigning existing applications for improved user experience, faster performance or extended functionality.

  • Transition Services The Purchasers will provide to the Sellers termination assistance as reasonably requested in order to provide an orderly transition following the termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof), and the Sellers will provide to the Purchasers reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider. Notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof) in accordance with this Article II, with respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the rights and obligations of the parties under the Servicing Agreement shall remain in effect until the applicable Transition Effective Date.
